1. What I collect

What you send me: your name, business name, email, phone, city and anything you write when you use the free listing check form, email me or call me.
For clients: the manager access to your Google Business Profile and the website logins you give me, used only to do the work.
Payments: handled by Stripe. From checkout I see your name, email, business name and city, and the basic payment details Stripe shows sellers (like the card type and last four digits), never your full card number.
Website data: the site doesn’t set cookies when you browse it, and it doesn’t use advertising trackers or outside analytics services like Google Analytics. My web host’s built-in tools may collect basic usage statistics, and like most hosts it keeps technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the site running and secure. The form may record the same details with a submission to block spam. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them.

2. How I use it

To reply to you, do your free listing check, deliver the work you hire me for, and send updates.
To follow up about my services. If you reply “no thanks,” I won’t contact you again.
I don’t sell or rent your information.

Only the services that run the business: Google Workspace (email), my website host and its form plugin, and Stripe (payments). Each has its own privacy policy.
When the law requires it.

As long as I need it for the work and for business and tax records. Ask me to delete your information and I will, unless I’m required to keep it.
