1. What the $500 setup is
- A one-time fee for one business location. No monthly charge.
- Your Google Business Profile is free from Google. The $500 is for my work on it.
- The goal: your business in the top 3 of Google’s map results for one search we agree on together, checked from one spot in your town we also agree on, within 90 days of the day I get manager access to your Google Business Profile.
- What I do: set up and fix your Google Business Profile (categories, services, description, photos you send, posts), the basics on your website if it needs them (I tell you before I change anything on your site), and the review-request text your crew sends after jobs. You get a screenshot of where you stand on day one and a short progress email every Friday.
2. What I need from you
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile, and a login or editor invite for your website.
- Real photos from your jobs when you have them.
- Your part: send the review-request text to customers after each job. Reviews are the one thing I can’t do for you.
3. How “top 3” is measured
- One agreed search, written the way a customer types it (for example, “tree service norfolk va”).
- Checked from one spot in your town that we agree on before you pay, usually where most of your customers are, not your shop. I write the spot down in the email with your payment link.
- I search signed out of Google, during business hours, so it’s what a customer there sees.
- “Top 3” means your listing is one of the three businesses in the map results for that search.
- I check on day one and on day 90 the same way, and send you both screenshots.
4. The guarantee
- If your listing isn’t in the top 3 for the agreed search on day 90, checked as above, you get a full refund of the $500.
- To get it, reply to my day-90 email or email jack@starkemediaco.com within 14 days. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.
- The guarantee holds as long as you’ve sent the review-request text after jobs, I’ve kept manager access, and the business name, address, phone number and categories haven’t been changed without telling me.
5. What I can’t promise
- Google decides rankings, and I’m not affiliated with Google. Rankings move from day to day; the guarantee is about the day-90 check.
- I don’t buy reviews, write fake ones, or use fake photos or locations. Everything I do follows Google’s rules.
6. Payment
- Paid once, up front, through a secure Stripe payment link. Stripe handles your card; I never see your full card number.
7. After the 90 days
- Nothing renews on its own. If you want help staying in the top 3, there’s an optional monthly plan, month to month, priced separately.
8. Websites
- Website builds and rebuilds are quoted separately as a fixed-scope project. You own your domain and your site.
9. One business per trade, per town
- From the day you pay through day 90, I won’t take on a new client in your trade in your town. “Your trade” and “your town” are the ones in the search we agree on (for example, fence companies in Norfolk).
- If you stay on the monthly plan after day 90, that holds for as long as you’re on it. If you stop, it ends when your last paid month ends.
- It doesn’t cover clients I already have on the day you pay. If one of them is in your trade and town, I’ll tell you before you pay.
